If for any reason you are not happy with any item purchased from us (other than bespoke items or liner) you may return it for exchange or a full refund so long as it is within 14 days of delivery. If over 14 days please contact us as it may still be returned but a 20% restocking charge may apply. The cost of returning goods is met by the customer and we would recommend you request a proof of posting certificate from the returns carrier/Post Office and obtain adequate insurance to cover the value of returned goods.
