This component terminates the chimney and seals off the exposed insulation from the chimney component below as well as reducing rain entry
For solid fuel appliances (at this diameter) rain ingress should not be significant.

Installation

All lengths and fittings are designed to be quickly installed with the male coupling uppermost. Each component has a twist lock bayonet jointing system which is secured by the locking band provided . Minimum distance to combustible materials is 60mm from the outside skin.
